On February 23, 2022, Barbara Jean Richardson’s faith became sight as she saw her savior face to face. She was born June 7, 1938 the daughter of Eugene and Lillie Marie (Baird) Utley in Austin, Texas. After completing high school at Capitol Hill High School, she entered into the radiology field as an x-ray tech. Barbara enjoyed sewing, gardening, and attending church. Her most cherished time was spent with her family especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Peggy Graves. Barbara leaves precious memories with her son, Rey Santiago and his wife Jennifer; daughters, Victoria Whinery and her husband Matt, and Cynthia Richardson; grandchildren, Sarah Saldivar and husband Jose, Gabe Santiago, Madison Eaton and husband Andrew, Juan Becerra and wife Yamilly, Antonio Becerra, and Brayden Whinery; great grandchildren, Charli, Cruz, Johb, Lennox, Camellia, James, Eli, and a host of other family and loved ones.
