Joseph “Joe” Don Jolly, 39, of Mustang, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 12th, 2023. He passed unexpectedly but he is now safe in the arms of Jesus. Joe was born in Oklahoma City, OK on February 27, 1984 to Randy and Belinda Jolly. As a young boy, Joe enjoyed motorcycles, playing outside, laser tag, baseball and had a great love of animals.
Joe grew up in Blanchard, Oklahoma along with his older sister Amanda. Joe was a social butterfly, and was always making new friends. His school years were filled with great memories and many adventures. Joe graduated from Moore High School in 2003. After high school Joe started working towards his journeyman’s license as an electrician. Joe had recently completed numerous classes to begin working in set building for the burgeoning entertainment industry here in Oklahoma.
Joe was blessed with his daughter Alexus and his son, Brody. There are no words to describe the incredible love and pride he took in his family. Nothing brought him more joy than doing the simple things with those he loved, such as cooking a meal together or watching a movie. His green thumb was legendary within his family and he filled his home with numerous plants. Joe was known for his infections smile and giving the best hugs in the world, he made everyone he came in contact with feel special. Joe strived in this life to love big and was loved big in return.
Joe’s love for motorcycles started before he could talk, over the years Joe has graduated from a mini bike he got for his fourth birthday to his beloved Harley. There was never a bad time for what he called his Wind Therapy. In his spare time Joe could always be found on his Harley making his way to one of his favorite spots like Chopper Hooper for Taco Tuesday, JR’s or Mooney’s. Joe enjoyed country music, line dancing and going out often. He drew people and animals to him with his open heart and genuine nature, to know Joe was to love him and he made countless friends in his 39 years and touched many lives.
