Owen Blair went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. He was born on June 9, 1931 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Nickson David and Vernice (Tucker) Blair. He had one sister, Patricia Smith. Owen graduated from Crooked Oak High School and then attended Murray State College. After college, Owen went to work as a machinist at Tinker Air Force Base and later retired as an Industrial Engineering Planner. Owen was a member of Texoma Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon and enjoyed singing in the choir. Owen will be greatly missed by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many relatives and friends.

Owen was proceeded in death by his parents; Nick and Vernice Blair; his wives; Dee Elva of 40 years and Connie of 25 years.
Owen left behind a great legacy of four children: Deborah Stejskal and husband, Ricky; Mark Blair and wife, Kelly; Dee Ann Huffman and husband, Mel; Karla Annesley and husband, Todd. Grandchildren: Heather, Amanda, Krista, Callie, Tanner, Teagan, Brock, Bryan, Ryan, and Haylee; great grandchildren: Emma, Luke, Tillie, Tensley, Maggie, Bentley, Cayden, Jackson, Sutton, Chayse, Shane, Hermione, Indy, Rohan, Gracie, Kayden, Jordan, and Mia.
