Robert Charles “Chuck” Cantwell, 83, passed from this life Wednesday, April 20, 2022. He was born August 16, 1938 in Oklahoma City the son of Robert Neal and Louise (Winters) Cantwell. After completing high school, Chuck earned dual Bachelor’s degrees from Central State University. He served his country in the US National Guard. Chuck married Jean Reaves and together they lovingly raised their family. Chuck owned and operated Oklahoma Honda for 41 years. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, supporting motorcycle racing, drag racing, fishing, and jeeping in Colorado. He served as a deacon and on the finance committee of Highland Baptist Church for many years and also enjoyed fellowship with his faith family at Ouray Baptist Church, while in Colorado. His most enjoyable time was spent with his family.

Chuck was preceded in death by:
• his parents;
• and sister, Carolyn Shipman.

He leaves cherished memories with:
• his wife Jean;
• sons, Robert Wayne Cantwell and wife Brenda, and Christopher Neal Cantwell and wife Janet;
• grandchildren, Jessica Lane and husband Jordan, Robert Thomas Cantwell and wife Cortney, Hannah Drew and husband Russell, Daniel Cantwell, Grayson Cantwell, Whitney Kimbro and husband Matt, and Kirstie Cantwell; great grandchildren, Chloe, Abigail, Elliott, Gideon, Izzy, Jackson, Cheyenne, and Luke;
• and a host of other family and loved ones.


A memorial service to honor Chuck’s life will be 10:00 AM Monday April 25 at Highland Baptist Church in Moore, Oklahoma.
No viewing or visitation is scheduled.
